Some of you have purchased our 3,6,12 month packages with HealthiTan and we wanted to restate our policies if you cancel within the contractual period. The good news is your getting an awesome deal.
Please take note of our policies changes below so you can prepare below if you need to cancel. As a small business in the community, we count on every one of our clients and very much appreciate your business.
Changes to any 3, 6 month contract:
- Full one month fee is required for cancellation.
- $50 fee is required to pause a contract. Must resume before end of original term.
12 month contract:
- $50 change fee plus one month fee for pausing or canceling. If pausing contract holder must resume within last day of term.
