Our Passion

HealthiTan, LLC was born out of a mother and daughter’s desire to meet a growing need for a healthier choice in tanning. Together with Joni’s experience in business and the nutrition industry and Rachel Faye’s extensive experience in the tanning industry in Olathe and Overland Park, Ks  they bring a fresh view of tanning to Kansas City.

Having seen many people with damaged skin by the use of tanning beds they both resorted to spray booths. The spray booths are a one size fits all approach and each had their share of unsightly incidents.

Their desire to help people and offer something unique to the Kansas City Metro Area was exactly how HealthiTan was conceived. After nearly two years of research, the duo was ready to open HealthiTan offering an alternative to tanning that would help people feel more confident and beautiful as well as being good for the skin.

Trained and certified by the Airbrush Tanning Training Institute, Northern California, Joni & Rachel Faye are dedicated to providing the Kansas City Area with a Custom Spray Tan whose quality surpasses any other on the market.  The premier South Seas solution we use is also used by all Dancing with the Stars cast members also many Hollywood actors/actresses on the sets of HBO, SHO, CINEMAX AND STARZ.
